Frame Packaging and Delivery, at the heart of our company !
Packaging is our responsibility, and we must assure ourselves that the works are packaged securely in order to resist risks of transport, until the destination is reached.
Whether it's for expediting your work a few kilometers away from our gallery, to Saguenay, or even to Vancouver, a well-prepared packaging is essential for the delivery of your works of art. The handling, and the changes in the means of transport during the delivery process until it reaches your front door increases the risk of deterioration of your work. Packaging is, therefore, an essential aspect of our sales service of art work, with or without a frame!
The reason for all these rules is security. The objectif is to minimize the risks that delivery of a painting on canvas, a frame, therefore your investment, poses.
The framed artwork can be damaged during its transport if they are not adequately.
Here are a few steps of how the works are packaged:

The 4 corners are protected with specialized cardboard that is designed for the protection of the corners.
- We cover the frame with bubble wrap. We seal it with packaging tape so that the edges are well protected.
- We use cardboard boxes that are prefabricated in Quebec, a special double-layer cardboard.
- We seal the carton with construction tape to prevent it from opening due to moisture.
- We label it to warn courriers that is fragile.
We use Nationex or Purolator. In the case of Purolator, you will normally receive an automated message including the tracking number of your order by email. With Nationex, we will send you the tracking number by email.
Our Quality Guarantee
You are guaranteed against any aesthetic or functional damages that result in defects or hidden damages. The canvases are delivered by Purolator or Nationex. If you are not satisfied of your canvas when purchasing online or ordering via our points of sale pour valid reasons (design, dimension, different colors...) you can cancel your order within the day of the reception by contacting us by email or by phone. It is important that you contact us within 48 hours following the reception of your order. After this time, your return will be refused and a refund will be impossible.
All the articles must be returned as new, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and must be accompanied by the order number in order to facilitate the return process. We will send you a return shipment label.
Upon reception, we will send you a refund check within 30 business days or via Interac transfer.
We will refund you the full amount of your order. Delivery and return fees will be taken care of by the client and the product must be returned in its original packaging without any damage.
Personalized paintings on canvas and hors collection: There will be no refund if the canvas does not satisfy you, but we are very open to exchanges and credit purchasing, or even the complete redo of your canvas according to your demands. Note that we give importance to the satisfaction of our client with respect, and it must be reciprocal.
