RETURN POLICY
Tableaudepot.com wants to listen to its customers. In the event that your order does not meet your expectations, we will find a solution for your satisfaction.
Custom art paint return policy.
Given the "custom" nature of our products, refunds are unfortunately impossible. However, it is possible to obtain a purchase credit of the same value* if your order does not meet your expectations. You can also have your painting retouched by a local artist from our studio if necessary.
Return policy for canvases ordered via our website.
Tableaudepot warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and will perform from the date of manufacture. Should the product prove defective, Tableaudepot, at its option, will repair or replace the defective part(s) or return a new replacement product, free of shipping charges, to the destination where the product was originally delivered.
The returned product must remain in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable in any other situation.
In the event that your canvas is delivered to you defective or damaged, you must notify us within one day of receiving your order by sending an email to: info@tableaudepot.com. Your item will then be exchanged depending on the availability of the product or we will send you the same canvas as soon as possible, the shipping costs will not be taken into account.
There will be no refund in the case of a damaged or defective canvas to avoid abuse.
