Are you wondering how long it will take to receive your painting? In this article we will go through all the steps involved in the design of a painting, to give you an idea of how long it will take to receive your canva.

What is epoxy?

The first step is the design of the canvas. Once you have placed your order, our artists start the production of the canvas. Once the canvas is completed, the paint must be given time to dry. Depending on the medium, the canvas takes more or less time to be ready for the next step. Note that acrylic paint dries very quickly, while oil paint does not dry but hardens! Then, it could take more time before it can be varnished.

The second step is the application of several layers of varnish, where again there is a drying time.

The third step is dedicated to the framing of your canvas. However, framing a canvas does not take long to be done.

The last step is therefore the packaging of the canvas. This is a very important step to ensure that your canvas arrives in perfect condition!

Your canvas is now ready! It's up to you if you prefer to pick it up at the gallery, or have it delivered to your home.

For a standard size canvas (acrylic paint), delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks. The more your canvas is worked (varnish + frame / or oil painting) with custom dimensions, the longer the delivery time will be. We add on average one to two weeks more than for a standard canvas.
