2 - Satisfied or reimbursed
You benefit from a guarantee against any aesthetic or functional deterioration resulting from defects or hidden defects. The package are delivered by Purolator or Nationex. If you are not satisfied with your art paint during an online purchase or on order via our points of sale for a very valid reason: design, wrong size, colors are different, you can cancel your order within the day of receipt. by contacting us by email or phone. It is important to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, your return will be refused and reimbursement impossible.
All items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and necessarily accompanied by the order number in order to facilitate the processing of the return.
We will send you a return shipping label.
Upon receipt, we will send you a refund check within 30 working days or by interactive transfer.
We will fully refund the amount of your order. The costs of delivery & returns will be borne by the customer and the product must be returned to us in its original packaging without any degradation.
Custom canvas painting & out of collection: No refund if you are not satisfied with the canvas, but we are very open to exchanges or purchase credit, or to completely redo the canvas according to your requests.
