DELIVERY & FEES
All custom paintings are painted after receipt of payment within 3/ 4 weeks.
Some of our paintings are already in stock, so the delivery will be done within 2 weeks otherwise it will take 4 weeks.
You can order and pick up a paint in our show room situated in : 115 rue Gaston Dumoulin local 103 , Blainville,
In the greater Montreal area, we deliver the paintings for our clients in relation to their availability (evening, day, weekend). In other area, we deliver them by express mail, in the rules of art: in a package suitable for its size with a triple thick cardboard. The sending is ensured to avoid any inconvenience during transport.
After purchase order, you should send us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org your complete adress and contact number in order to coordinate your shipping adequately , otherwise we will send the package to the adress mentionned in your payment slip without any notification.
Delivery charge information
The shipping cost is 14$ per paint in Ontario, Quebec area.
This cost will not be offer in some remote area of Quebec, Ontario, or Canada please refer to the list below:
Quebec: North of Quebec, Abitibie, Scheferville.
Ontario: All the western area of the Greater Toronto (we accept Hamilton, Niagara area) USA.
Other area of Canada.
In these cases extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order.
Which areas covers the Montreal area?
North Shore: up to Mirabel
South Shore : up to St Hubert, Chambly , St. Bruno, Boucherville, St Hilaire
Lanaudière region : up to Joliette
Western Region : up to Vaudreuil-Dorion
East Region : Up to Repentigny
If you exceed those limits you must notify us, because the Greater Montreal rate does not apply anymore.
Do you offer a quick delivery service?
Not at the moment. We deliver products without delay when available.
Can I make a purchase in the online shopping and come get my order in store?
Yes, you can come and get your order in store.
Is it possible to have my order deliver to a different address than my home address.
Yes it is possible to do it. Simply enter the delivery address of your choice and the delivery costs will be for the delivery address indicated on the invoice.
Is it possible to deliver items from same order to different addresses?
No. The items of the same order must be all delivered to the same delivery address. Please make an order by delivery address.

Is it possible to return an item purchased online in the store?
Yes, you can do it, if only the return of the product is in conformity with those indicated in the section " Warranty: satisfied or refunded”.
Is it possible to exchange an item purchased online?
No, this option is not available. The pictures of our products you see on our website are realistic, we do not disclose false information.
Do I pay taxes on my order?
Taxes applied to your order comply with applicable taxes to the federal and provincial levels, according to the shipping address associated with your order.
The paintings are they ready to be installed?
All paintings are ready to be installed. They come with a stretcher bars in wood at the back.
all our standard stretcher is 3/4'', if you wish 1,5'', let us know via email : email@example.com
Can we order online then pick up at the store?
yes you can order online or at our store, and pick up your paint there to avoid deliveries fees.
Your photos are realistic?
Our photos and pictures are realistic , there is no falsification of the pictures by Photoshop or other software.
Do I need an account to purchase online?
No, you can purchase as a guest. There is no personnel account available at the moment.
How does the shopping card works?
When you are shopping online, you must select " Add to cart " so that your items will be added to your shopping cart and you can proceed with your order. At anytime the items added in the shopping cart can be removed from the shopping cart before the final process of the order.
Is it possible to modify or cancel an order?
It is possible to cancel or modify your order before you have received your order confirmation.
If you want to cancel or change your order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days after your placed your order and clearly indicating your cancellation or modification request (eg change in size or color).

What are the payment methods in the online store ?
To purchase online, we accept these payment methods :
We favor the safest payment solutions online: Paypal, known for its safety and effectiveness, credit cards (Visa, Mastercards , Maestro, American Express). Via the secure and free system of PayPal, no registration is required to Paypal (just enter the information of your card) . No information is transmitted via our website.
Could I make a deferred payment by Paypal?
You can do this type of payment , however we will wait until the amount owed is in our account before confirming your order.
Can I pay by cheque?
We accept cheque, if it is sent and received by us before the delivery. You have to make your cheque in order of OC Design Inc. and send it in the address below :

Can I pay upon delivery?
No, this option is not available. You have to pay before the delivery date of your items.
Can I pay a deposit and then pay the remainder upon delivery.
Yes you can do it, if only the paintings you have order is a large custom paintings.
